Your Weekly Cheat Code to Beat Social Anxiety

Your Weekly Cheat Code to Beat Social Anxiety

I live by five words: Next time, I’ll be better.

It’s 2011. My college crush just ghosted me, and I’m sitting in my room with nothing but those words. So I wrote everything down.

It felt good. But as I kept writing, I saw patterns. Reruns. Social anxiety kept dealing me L’s. I kept running. Hiding. Regretting.

Next time, I’ll be better.

When I finally scored a win over social anxiety, it was the best feeling. Like going back in time. Anxiety became my chance to grow.

I want everyone to feel that. That’s why I built Roadmap. And it’s why I’m starting Winning Wednesday.

Each week you’ll get:

  • A cheat code to beat social anxiety
  • An inspirational win from the community
  • A sneak peek into Roadmap – the game to beat social anxiety

Cheat Code: The Replay

Social anxiety loves to hit replay. Same setting, same people, same thoughts. But replays give you an edge. You can prepare.

When you feel anxious, capture three things:

  1. What happened?
  2. Where were you?
  3. What time was it?

Watch for replays. When they happen, you’ll be ready to crush anxiety. It’s a level you’ve already played before.

Win of the Week

“I’ve been struggling with a health challenge. Normally, I hide things until they’re over because I’m afraid of what people will think.

This time, I told a friend. The situation didn’t change, but he showed support and I felt a weight lift.

Roadmap is the game that turns social anxiety into something you can win. Three weeks ago, we dropped a brand-new version, and it’s live on iPhone!

I hope this puts a kick in your step. If you know someone else that needs a boost, forward it to them too. Anxiety is your chance to win. Just remember to stay in the game.

Love,
